First of all, I’m writing to express my dissatisfaction the website

When I first talked to them I was NOT informed that I would need a major credit card and also to attend a timeshare presentation. The only thing I was communicated was that they would debit from my... See Moredebit card the amount of $653.00 and I had 3 days to cancel in case I decided not to go. 16 Days after they took the money, I received an e-mail saying that I needed to attend the timeshare presentation and also have major credit card. I then called the customer service and told them that I didn’t have a major credit card at the time; the customer service representative said that my only option was to reschedule the trip to one year later until I had a major credit card in hands. I got very frustrated. Running against time, my husband was able to get a credit card and do a reservation under his name.
When I got to the hotel with my family, for my surprise they asked for my ID, which to me made no sense, since the reservation was under my husband’s name. They then told me that I was not able to attend the timeshare presentation because I only had my Brazilian passport with me at the time, and that I would need to contact immediately. Right after, I went to proceed with the check in; they took another $150.00 for deposit and said that the apartment was not ready yet. I then and I received a telephone call from saying that I was not qualified to stay in the hotel, even with my husband and my 2 little kids having their American IDs. I was very upset on the fact that they never told me that I needed an American ID to be in the hotel with my family. They had taken the money from my account more than a month before, and I was never told that in order to stay at the hotel with my family I personally needed to be an American Citizen. So I told them that I had no place to stay and I needed my money back. To conclude, I had to find a place to stay at the last minute and I could not afford to bring my daughter to Disney since I had to pay for another hotel without having my deposit back. It was her dream, I felt discriminated and very frustrated. After 7 days they gave me the money back and the $150.00 deposit supposed to be returned in 24 to 48 hours was also returned 7 days after. I just wish they had told me or at least sent me an e-mail with the requirements to be in that hotel.

I booked a 5 night stay in Feb through for my trip to Secrets Royal Beach in Punta Cana this April. I only paid $497 (total tax incl) for my wife and myself for this beautiful 5 star resort that would have cost us triple the price had we booked through... See Morea regular agent or online. We are in our 30's from Toronto and met all the requirements of the deal we found on I was definitely apprehensive at first when I booked as it seemed like there were 3-4 different companies involved in all the e-mails / phone and credit card charges. But I kept an open mind and trusted what I had read of others. They never tried to change our dates or hotel on us - we got what we initially purchased. When we arrived at the resort vi our complimentary private transfer we were given a regular tropical view room close to the lobby and furthest from the beach. On the 3rd day we met with a sales rep who toured us around the Secrets and Now properties, there was no large video or group presentation it was just the rep myself and my wife. We discussed our past trips and future travel plans. Once we were told the price of the UVC membership we knew there was no way we were going to join so when the manager came in for 1 final pitch we just said no and that was it. The tour and cost discussion took 1:45mins well worth the huge discount we received to stay here. I believe this is a one time opportunity to try and sell your their travel
membership but if I could I would book through them again and go through the sales pitch for this huge discount again for sure!

We just got back from Punta Cana booking through BookVIP. It was worth it for sure. We had to attend the sale presentation but these guys there were no pressure what so ever. I said no after the iital numbers. Then he came back one more time with a lower offer and... See Morestill said there was no way we could do it. He said no worries, and we were on our way. We stayed at the Breathless Resort it was awesome. I would do it again for sure

My wife and i used the site to book the omni. It is legit, though the presentation lasted 3 hours. It included breakfast with the agent, tour of the suites, then the hard sell. Dont be affraid of a scam, its not. If you dont like pressure situations you wont... See Morelike the hard sell at the end, if you are good at saying NO it wont be a problem.

We booked with and honestly it was probably the best vacation we have ever taken. We stayed at the Villa Del Palmar resort in Cabo San Lucas and got the all inclusive plan so all of our food and even alcohol was included. We talked to a few other people... See Moreat the resort to see what they paid and we calculated that we saved almost $1800 by going through bookvip. We did have to take the presentation and it honestly lasted almost 2 hours instead of 90 minutes but it wasn't high pressure and we actually enjoyed it. We are about to book with them again for one of their deals in the Dominican Republic.

I didn't even want to put a star. It's a total loss of money, hopefully we can meet our banker tomorrow and report the issue.

Recently was trying to book a vacation via this web site and they said my vacation is booked and everything is fine. And that's it. No final confirmations, etc. I tried to call them multiple times and they kept telling me that everything is fine - resort just delaying welcome... See Morecall. But after 2 months during one of the calls I was told my resort is sold-out for those dates! I repeat - nobody called me and I had to call them to find out this. They proposed to move my vacation to some other dates or choose another resort. Since it's been 2 months already obviously all resorts were busy already, so I had to move my dates. I asked them to make sure this will not happen again. Lady on that end told me she called resort and verified with them that dates are available and this situation will not happen again. Guess what? After numerous calls I tried to make and understand why I don't receive final confirmation - they tell me that my resort is sold out for these dates!!! So it is 2 week away from my planned vacation dates and obviously I cannot book anything even for the full price, so I have to cancel it completely. I tried to ask for a supervisor, but every single representative kept telling me that he is on his lunch.. Every time I call.. This guys is a really big eater... So if you don't want to waste your time, nerves, money and vacation - just don't even think yo use this web site
